Terms and conditions
1. Purchase The purchase agreement is concluded only when Elflugan.se has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is generated automatically. If the delivery time changes in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. Elflugan.se retains ownership and the right of repossession for all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old.
2. Price Prices include VAT at 25%. Once an order is confirmed, prices can only be changed due to circumstances beyond the control of Elflugan.se, such as significant changes in raw material prices, currency fluctuations, or changed VAT. No handling fees will be added.
3. Shipping Free shipping within Sweden over 999 SEK.
4. Payment methods
4.1 Card payment with VISA or MasterCard.
4.2 Invoice with Klarna.
5. Deliveries. Products in stock are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after we have received your order. For longer delivery times, the customer will be notified via email.
6. Delivery Delays Sometimes delivery delays occur beyond our control. This may happen if a supplier cannot fulfill their delivery obligations to us. If this occurs, we disclaim liability for compensation to the customer for the damage the delay has caused. You can trust that we will always notify you if deliveries are delayed.
7. Transport Risk Together with our shipping partners, we bear the risk of transport, i.e., the risk of the product being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You and the shipping company bear the risk in the event of a return to us.
8. Damaged Goods When you receive your item, it is important that you immediately inspect the package. If the packaging and contents are damaged, notify your post office or the carrier directly. Always save the confirmation you receive that your goods are damaged. We appreciate it if you notify us as soon as possible if this occurs, but no later than within a week.
9. Right of Withdrawal and Open Purchase According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without any special reason. When exercising the right of withdrawal/open purchase, the customer pays for the return shipping. The right of withdrawal and open purchase do not apply if products cannot be returned in disassembled, unused, and undamaged condition. If you receive a faulty or incorrectly shipped product, we will of course pay for the return shipping. Contact us here to agree on how the compensation for the return should be paid to you.
10. Complaints If you want to file a complaint about a damaged or faulty product, you should contact us via email within a week. Always save the packaging, original box, and payment confirmation. If you need to send back a damaged item to us, do so in the packaging it was sent in. Elflugan.se follows the Consumer Purchase Act, which provides a 36-month right to claim. The right to claim only covers original defects, i.e., defects that were present in the product upon delivery. This does not apply if we cannot find any fault with the product or if you caused the damage yourself. Normal wear and tear are not compensated.
11. Refunds Refunds are made as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days from when we have received and approved your return. Provide your bank and account number (including clearing number), postal giro account, or personal account so we can quickly process your refund.
12. Reservations We reserve the right to change prices due to significant price deviations from our suppliers, typographical errors, or other errors beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.
13. Force Majeure In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market measures, government decisions, and comparable events beyond our control which were not reasonably foreseeable, and affect agreements and commitments from our side, which means that we cannot fulfill the stated agreement/commitment, shall constitute grounds for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement. Below are links to the Consumer Agency and ARN where you can read more in detail about the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act, etc. In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN’s recommendations.
